Authors

Dr. Ing. Lothar Wessolly 
Lothar Wessolly studied aerospace at the University of Stuttgart. In his various professional positions he mainly dealt with statics and safety of structures. Dr. Wessolly is the founder of the scientific field of tree statics and developer of the SIA method

Authors

Martin Erb 
Martin Erb is a trained landscape gardener and arborist. He has been a member of the management of Tilia Baumpflege AG since 1987, lectures at the Wädenswil University of Applied Sciences and also runs a small organic farm. Since 1990, Dr. Ing. Lothar Wessolly worked closely in the areas of tree diagnosis and tree statics.
